Application Documents

The online application portal HISinOne is open from March 1 to September 15 each year. Please be aware that the visa process can take several months. We therefore recommend you to submit your application latest in June.

You can switch the language to “English” in the upper right corner of the screen.

  • All documents must be uploaded online via HISinOne.
  • Incomplete applications will not be considered.

You will be asked to upload the following documents online:

  1. Completed and signed Application Form
  2. Recent CV (in the Europass format)
  3. Copy of Diploma (and its translation, if not in English) – minimum 4 years of full time academic studies in a recognised university
  4. Copy of Transcripts (and its translation, if not in English)
  5. Proof of English proficiency: minimum B2 level*
    Accepted certificates: Cambridge FCE (CAE (C1) and CPE (C2)); IELTS Academic (5.5-6.5 points); PTE Academic (59-75 points); TOEFL iBT (72-94 points „Internet“ / min. 567 points „Paper“); TOEFL Essentials (8-9,5 points); OOPT (60-79 points); telc B2-C1 University; TOEIC (min. 785 points „listening/reading“, 160 points „speaking“ and 150 points „writing“); UNIcert II or III.
  6. Completed and signed „Confirmation of the applicant“ (this document can be downloaded from the HISinOne portal during your application process)
  7. APS Document: only for students who did the bachelor studies in China, India or Vietnam)

Please note:

  • Use this checklist for a complete application and information on how to send the documents.
  • For the enrolment (in September), you will need to bring all your original documents to our university: a) Diploma, b) Transcripts c) High School Certificate.
  • The course tuition fees are 13 000€.
