The Master takes place at the University of Freiburg, integrating many disciplines and faculties. The programme is under the responsibility of the Centre for Planetary Health (CPH; previously Centre for Medicine and Society – ZMG) and is organised by the Core Master GUH Team at the CPH. Together with other centres at the University of Freiburg, the members of the CPH are closely interlinked in teaching and research.

The teaching staff includes professors and lecturers of the University of Freiburg from a variety of faculties, external lecturers from partner universities and institutions as well as external experts with long-term practical experiences.
